Odessa is on the Black Sea, which is part of the Mediterranean. It offers culture, beaches or architecture. The catacombs will be on offer. They are a network of tunnels used for smuggling and slave trade. Or visit the Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky region for the imposing Akkerman Fortress. There are Cossack village or Jewish heritage tours. Or just stroll and discover the grand Primorsky Boulevard lined with mansions and monuments. There is also Odessa Opera and Ballet Theater or the monumental Potemkin Stairs that lead down to the Vorontsov Lighthouse. Research and choice are needed here.
