Now in the RSSC fleet is this wonderful luxury ship Seven Seas Splendor
which sailed out of the UK for its first bath.
But here is a funny thing – All P&O ship names end in A – all Fred Olsen ship names start with B. All Regent Seven Seas ship names end in ER or OR. How do we spell Splendour in the UK? Splendour means magnificent and splendid appearance; grandeur. The new ship to the fleet set off on its inaugural cruise, with Captain Diego Michelozzi in charge on the 11th of September, 2021 from Southampton. The UK staycation is stopping at Edinburgh, Isle of Skye, Dublin, Belfast, and Liverpool, Waterford and finally Portland Weymouth. This morning she is in the North-East Atlantic Ocean.
The ship carries 752 guests in 375 suites over ten decks, and she has 540 crew. The ship is 224m long and has a tonnage of 55,498
