#MSCCruises has contacted to help reveal details of THE HARBOUR: a brand-new outdoor location for families on MSC WORLD AMERICA.
The Harbor, located in the middle of the #MSCWorldAmerica Family Aventura Zone, is the first of its kind in the MSC Cruises fleet.
This new zone will be the go-to destination for families from early morning to late night, with an array of activities and experiences, including an aquapark, 11-story slide, a themed playground, a ropes course and more.
MSC Cruises today unveiled the exciting attractions and experiences awaiting guests at The Harbor, a brand-new, revolutionary outdoor space aboard MSC World America. This space has been specially designed for children and families to come together, play, and relax.
Launching in April 2025, MSC World America invites guests to explore a new world of cruising with a series of new and updated locations and concepts, specifically tailored to the American market.

The Harbour Aquapark – promises to be a perfect mix of adventure and leisure for all ages and boasts an impressive array of exciting water slides, plus a fun splash area. Only the bravest can handle the 90 degree vertical ‘free fall’ slide – climb into the departure capsule and take a moment to catch your breath, then in a fraction of a second free fall through a fall shutter to the decks below before curves and turns hit you bring it to the splash zone.

ore exciting or race against a friend in the dueling slide.
Jaw Drop @ The Spiral – a striking architectural masterpiece and one of the longest slides on the sea, takes riders through the jaws of a shark and spirals 11 decks down the heart of the World Promenade. The stainless-steel slide goes past dark and light segments, offering a glimpse of the breathtaking ocean views from the aft of the ship in a unique, adrenaline-boosting experience.
Rock-Climbing Wall – an adventure for kids. Children can enjoy climbing the lively rock wall while trying to use different handles and footrests to see how far they can get.
High Trail Ropes Course – This exciting, two-level ropes course offers the ultimate challenge, covering 577 m2 and is enriched with two Sky Rails, similar to a towing course. Guests get the chance to get their adrenaline pumping and test their balance while enjoying the view of the ocean from new adventures.
The Harbour Light House – a children’s themed playground, modeled after the iconic lighthouse at Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve in the Bahamas. Getting lost in a world of their own, this vibrant safe haven is filled with a slide and play stations designed to stimulate imagination and physical activity.
The Harbour Bar & Bites – those who want to recover from all the excitement can opt for The Harbour Bar and Bites, with a delicious selection of convenient quick and easy bites and refreshing drinks, ready to order, collection and take away. Guests can choose from a variety of savoury dishes and sweet treats, including refreshing ice creams, perfect for enjoying in the sun – something the whole family can enjoy.
Family Dwelling Area – guests can move into the family-friendly accommodation area with comfortable chairs and shade to sit back and relax while enjoying the breathtaking views of the sea.
Cliffhanger – the unique attraction Cliffhanger, announced earlier this year, is the only abovewater swinging tower on the sea, with four seats at 50 meters above the ocean, which swings back and forth for a unique sensation at the tip of your seat.
The Harbour, together with the Doremiland children’s zone and the Sportsplex, forms the ship’s Family Aventura district – which will be the destination for kids and families, round the clock.
