Katakolon is the gateway to Ancient Olympia and the sacred grove of Zeus with all the religious and auxiliary buildings. The Temple of Zeus is one of the 7 Wonders of the ancient world and that alone makes the trip to Olympia a must. Or you could visit Klio’s local honey farm and enjoy pancakes with homemade honey, or stay and enjoy a swim off Saint Andrew’s Beach. Or do that all in a tour. Research of the tours will show you all that is there.
