On the 78m long Douro Spirit that holds 130 guests with 30 crew, every cabin has a French balcony so that you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the beautiful landscapes and quaint towns of the Douro Valley on its first Portugal river cruise. The holiday includes a visit to Salamanca in Spain and shows us we have a whole new world of cities to video. On this tiny but welcoming ship, you can head out onto the sun deck where you can take a dip in the pool, indulge in the spa or maintain your fitness in our gym. (Which will hopefully be open if there are no pandemic restrictions – but these are lifting a little). The ship has three decks and one lift and is currently docked in Porto where it is registered. If it has moved you can see where it is on our SAGA ships menu where each ship has a globe tracker and position finder.
