Helsinki is a very easy port to visit on foot. Small ships may dock in the city port where there is a market. Larger ships dock about ten minutes away with a shuttle bus in that drops you near the park where an army band sometimes plays on the bandstand about 3pm. Changing of the guard is at midday outside the cathedral in the main square, see the film. It is very walkable, there are many well known shops between the park and the square. The tram does a figure of 8 all around Helsinki and can be taken near the railway station. See Jean’s film.
