Warnemunde on the Baltic Cruise route

Warnemende is a German seaside resort with a fantastic lighthouse. It is near to Charlottenburg Castle, the Brandenburg Gate, Olympic Stadium, Reichstag, Potsdamer Square and has tours into medieval history just like the rest of the Baltic Sea’s Hanseatic route. The nearby Rostock still reveals it was a major city in the former Hanseatic glory. It is a pedestrianised old town of narrow streets and centuries-old buildings. St. Marien Church features an astronomical clock. Just ten miles further is the 700-year-old brick cathedral of Bad Doberman. An antique railway steams from there to the beach resort of Heiligendamm through the beautiful Doberan Linden Alley.  Map Reference on Google for Warnemunde
