Cruise ship Queen Mary 2 – Elizabeth goes cruising again for Doris Visits

Elizabeth is on Cunard’s flagship vessel RMS Queen Mary 2. It is the only major ocean liner built for Cunard Line since Queen Elizabeth 2 in 1969. It can take 2695 passengers and employs around 1250 crew on board. It is a longship at 345 meters. RMS in the title normally stands for Royal Mail Ship, but this is just a gesture, but at a cruising speed of 30 knots she could carry first class post! The Promenade, deck 7,  passes behind the bridge screen and allows passengers to completely circumnavigate the deck and protected from the strong winds generated by the ship at speed. The Promenade circuit 620m, one and a half laps of an athletic track. This is a relaxing ship with classic movie prints and a harpist often on board.

This is mainly a film of the ship in David’s established relaxing style. The gateway cruise out of Southampton (Southampton by coach, cheapest and easiest) stopped at Rotterdam, Zeebrugge (for Bruges), and Le Havre.

If you are worried about how to choose which cruise, which ship and where to go, take a look at our how to choose a cruise blog. Why not have a look at the LATE DEALS over a coffee. Doris Visits allows you to SEE THE CRUISE BEFORE YOU CRUISE THE SEA. We have videos of many of the cruise stops

Essentials – cruise travel labels and our cruise crime novels – oh, and the seasickness bands.

The Port guides here on Doris Visits are a great way to remember your cruise and share with your friends. The mystery thrillers are a whole new way to experience cruising. You may not have been to the ports in the novels, you certainly won’t have been to the parts of the ship they use. All the cruise crime novels will make you feel like you are in the adventure and on the ship – dodge the bullets and stay out of the romance. Ship and cruise accurate, the novels are a great way for new cruisers to discover a ship too. Please share the Amazon link. .CRUISE SHIP HEIST https://amzn.to/2GKQBIp

QUESTION: If I travel and I am more than 24 weeks pregnant am I technically un-insured and liable for all the bills?

ANSWER: Check with your insurance company and lawyer before you travel, but it appears all the companies say no travel.
